Matsui Shuzoten, makers of Masuno No Kotobuki "Best Happiness" was established in 1865 amongst tall pine forest in Tochigi. It is the smallest of the 17 breweries located in Tochigi. A small mountain spring flows down the hillside and is channeled directly into the brewery resulting in a signature soft texture style of sake.
